Unrestricted support is the most useful money we can receive at this stage. It pays for the diligence, the legal formation work, and the conversations that have to happen before there is anything to buy.

Holding farmland takes capital a farmer working the ground cannot also be asked to carry. Money is the part of this problem other people can solve.
Three Field Commons is in formation. We have not bought a parcel and we have not set our amounts, so every figure on this page reads TBD until it is real. We would rather show you an empty number than a made-up one.
Named by ground rather than metal. There is no gold tier here, only how much of a field your contribution reaches.
Covers a piece of the diligence on a parcel we are looking at — a title search, a soil report, a day of someone's time walking the ground.
Funds a measurable share of one acquisition and the survey and appraisal work that has to happen before it.
Buys and permanently protects roughly one acre, including the stewardship contribution that keeps it maintained.
Protects a working block large enough for one operator to plan a rotation around, with infrastructure in the plan.
Anchors a whole parcel — the acquisition, the easement, the stewardship fund contribution, and the first lease.

The most direct contribution there is. You can sell it to us, sell it below market, donate it outright, or leave it in your estate. Each path is explained plainly, and none of them obligate you to the others.
The endowment that keeps a protected acre from becoming a drain. Fences, drainage, roads, irrigation, monitoring, and taxes do not stop when the closing does. Land held without a fund behind it eventually gets sold.
If a particular parcel or county matters to you, restricted acquisition gifts are welcome. We will tell you honestly whether we can put the money to work there, and we will not accept it if we cannot.
Three places. The split between them is a board decision that has not been made, so it is marked TBD rather than guessed at.
