Three Field Commons is in formation in Oregon’s Tualatin and Yamhill valleys. The problem it addresses is not local to us, and there is no reason for anyone to solve it from scratch. Everything we write down goes here.
The license
It's free. Every document here can be used, adapted, and rewritten for your own valley at no cost and with no agreement to sign.
Attribution is appreciated, not required. If a line of ours ends up in your lease, we would like to know. We are not going to ask you to credit us.
No affiliation, no chapters, no approval process. There is nothing to join. If you run this model somewhere else, it is your organization, governed by your board, answering to your community.
If you improve it, tell us so we can publish the improvement. The parts we get wrong will be found by whoever tries this next. Send the correction and it goes in the library.
