What we do with what you send.
Short version: we use it to talk to you, and nothing else.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your organization if you name one, and whatever you tell us about your land or your operation — county, acreage, water, infrastructure, timeline, and your message. If you sign up to follow the build, that is your email address and which page you signed up from.
Why we collect it
So we can write back, and so we can learn what kind of ground and what kind of terms would actually work. Land and lease details shape what we try to buy first.
Where it goes
It is stored in our database, which is not publicly readable, and a copy is emailed to us so a submission does not sit unread. That is the whole path.
What we don’t do
We do not sell it, trade it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside this organization. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not publish your name, your organization, or details about your land anywhere on this site without asking you first.
The email list
The follow-the-build list is used for occasional updates on the project. Nothing else. Ask us to take you off it and we will.
Deleting your information
Write to REPLACE_ME@example.com and ask, and we will delete what you sent us and confirm that we did. You do not have to give a reason.
If this changes
This organization is in formation, so its practices may get more formal as it grows. If what we do with your information changes, this page changes with it.
