Why this is written down early
The organization is in formation. Nothing has been bought, no lease has been signed, and the board is not seated, so what exists right now is a plan and the reasoning behind it.
The plans are public because a plan nobody can read is a plan nobody can correct. If a landowner, a farmer, an attorney, or a funder thinks a piece of this is wrong, we would rather hear it now than after a closing.
The open questions are published rather than hidden. Where we do not have a number, the page says so.
